It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. waggi makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) waggi account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. waggi reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. waggi reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. waggi is required by Philippine law to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by waggi to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to the Platform.
2.6 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the waggi Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from waggi or any other gaming platform; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of waggi or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members; (d) persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your waggi account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify waggi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. waggi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your waggi account, whether or not authorized by you. waggi reserves the right to treat all transactions made through your account as valid and binding, unless you have notified waggi of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 3.2.
3.4 Personal Use Only. Your waggi account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. waggi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available. waggi does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on waggi is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at waggi's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. waggi aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests. waggi reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Player Funds. waggi holds player funds in accounts separate from waggi's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the ordinary course of business.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the waggi Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. waggi complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. waggi reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.
Note: waggi does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be rejected.
5.1 General. waggi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses credited to your waggi account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. waggi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if waggi reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
5.4 Eligibility. waggi reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
5.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the waggi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the waggi Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of waggi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. waggi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. 9.1 Platform Availability. waggi does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. waggi may suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
9.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, waggi provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.3 Limitation of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waggi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if waggi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Maximum Liability. waggi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your waggi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Gambling Losses. waggi is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by you through your use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

11.3 Termination by Player. You may close your waggi account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and waggi, you agree to first contact waggi's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. waggi will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
14.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.
14.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe waggi has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, the Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
